Pan seared Garlic Butter Sirloin

Ingredients

2 Reminisce Angus Beef (8-ounce) sirloin steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Steaks

Pat the sirloin steaks dry with paper towels.
Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Pan

Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

Sear the Steaks

Once the pan is hot, add the sirloin steaks. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or adjust the cooking time based on your preferred doneness.

Add Garlic Butter Sauce

In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic, unsalted butter, and dried thyme to the pan.
Tilt the pan and spoon the melted butter over the steaks. Allow the garlic to cook until fragrant.

Rest and Serve

Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice against the grain and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce.

Garnish (Optional):
Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and added flavor.
Serve the pan-seared sirloin steaks with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad.
